From first call to production.

Every project runs through the same four stages. Here is what happens in each one, and what you hold at the end of it.

  1. Discovery

    We sit with the people who will use the thing, map the workflow it has to fit, and find the constraints nobody wrote down.

  2. Planning

    Architecture, data model and delivery order. We decide what ships first and what is deliberately out of version one.

  3. Build

    Two-week iterations on a running build, with tests and CI from the first commit. You review working software, not a status slide.

  4. Handover

    We release to production, hand over every credential and account, and stay on while your team takes the system over.
